  1. I have been researching how to become an IBCLC for months. I am an RN, currently not working, but would love to help mothers learn about and come to love breastfeeding. I live in a very rural area in southeastern Utah where there are no lactation counselors within 150 mile radius. I am currently taking the lactation courses needed but need opportunities to learn from an IBCLC. I would love any suggestions on how to find a mentorship so that I can start getting hours to put towards the 1000 hours needed to take the IBCLC exam. I am more than willing to travel.

    1. Hi, Stephanie! I just saw this comment, I’m sorry it’s taken so long to respond. If you’re interested, both Bri and I have mentorship programs. Definitely reach out!
